Dr. Kaitlin Link is Co-founder of Benchmark Proactive Health, a Doctor of Family & Emergency Medicine, and an Assistant Professor at University of Toronto. She earned her MD at McMaster University and completed her residency at University of Toronto. Kaitlin earned her BA at Rutgers University, where she played Varsity Tennis.
For the past 10 years, Kaitlin has been treating patients in the ER whose dire conditions often could have been avoided with earlier intervention. She grew frustrated by the system’s focus on reactive “sick”care, rather than making higher-leverage investments in prevention and proactive healthcare. With that in mind, she founded Benchmark in 2023 to help people pursue their optimal health and wellbeing. Kaitlin has always been committed to improving her own fitness and overall health, and is excited to help others do the same through the Benchmark Proactive Health program.
